The service

NoSite Leads Scanner is a one-time, pay-per-scan service. You choose an area, business categories and a maximum number of businesses to check; we search official data-provider APIs and report which businesses have no website listed in that provider's data.

What you're buying

• You purchase a scan of up to the selected number of businesses. The number of businesses found — and the number without a listed website — varies by location and category and is not guaranteed.
• Results are lead signals, not verified facts. A business flagged "no website listed" may still have a website the provider doesn't know about. Verify before outreach.
• Results are available at your private link for a limited retention period (90 days by default). Export your CSV before it expires.

Acceptable use

• Use results in compliance with applicable marketing and data-protection laws (including PECR/GDPR rules on unsolicited contact) — that's your responsibility.
• Don't resell raw scan results as a data product.
• Don't attempt to access another customer's results or probe the service for vulnerabilities.

Payments & failures

Payment is taken by Stripe before a scan starts. If a scan fails for a system or provider reason we will re-run it, credit you, or refund you — see the refund policy. Automatic retries never charge you again.

Liability

The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the scan concerned.
